Apeiron Hotel is a design concept for a new 7 star hotel in Dubai. Developer and construction schedule have not been announced as of October 2007. The Apeiron Hotel would be the second 7 star hotel to be built in Dubai (The Burj Al Arab hotel was the first 7 star hotel). Designed by UK’s Sybarite Architects, the hi-tech futuristic hotel would feature a two-storeyed jungle at the top of the 28-storeyed building.

The seven star hotel is an US $350 million project that would be 300m from the coast of Dubai. Access to the hotel is restricted to water and air only.

HOTEL STATISTICS


total floors: 28 (above ground), total suites: 438, suite sizes: 180m² – 750m², building height: 185m, gross floor area: 300,000m², site footprint area:26,500m², passenger lifts: 14, service lifts: 8, distance off shore: 300m (Building design is equally as powerful within a landlocked site), wind load factor: 350km per hour, structure: steel, reinforced concrete.

The hotel also contains private cinemas, luxury boutiques, conference rooms and restaurants. Other features will include an art gallery, shops, underwater spa & gym, an underwater restaurant. The hotel’s internal facade has louvers to prevent direct sunlight and will made up of solar cells as is the ribbon that frames the building that can generate some energy for the entire hotel. The 28-storey hotel environs will have an artificial crescent-shaped beach, private lagoons and a central lagoon with colourful coral reefs surrounding it.

    Holy fucking shit!!!!!! How the fuck did they make that!!!!??? I don't know who created that hotel, but it is like the ultimate bad ass of all nice hotels. It's like a masterpiece creation of god, it looks really nice and I don't think it could get any better than this. I want to go there one day, and if there's any racist people there and they're looking at me with some shitty ass looks, just to let you know I don't give a fuckin shit. I realized how sometimes the nicest places have to belong to the shittiest racist pieces of shit. Fuck them, all I want to do is have a nice non-fuckup peaceful and fun vacation there with my family, and I would want to stay there for at least a week. Since I'm looking at the picture and not actually there, I might want to change my mind once I'm there on wanting to stay longer. And this part of the message is a message to the world, FUCK ALL OF YOU RACIST PEOPLE. Ever seen the Purge, well if you've seen it, then just to let you know I understand. I've never killed anyone before and never thought about it, but I do believe that this world needs to be purged, to get rid of the waste that infects and spreads through this world so it could finally be cleansed. All the fags, racists, bullies, assholes, rapists, and violent people are what infect this world with the bullshit that we have to deal with every day. Sometimes it influences people, and sometimes it makes people snap. When I was little, I heard about a massacre that happened somewhere and I was just thinking why would someone do such a horrible thing. But when I got older I finally realized, is that it's all the bullshit that happens to people from other people who won't leave others the fuck alone. That's why I realized that the people who died in the massacre deserved to die. You might see the killer as an evil person when you're watching the news, but have you ever thought more about the details to why they did that on their side of the story? They were courageously performing their duties for America, the world, and for God to cleanse this entire earth. This world needs to be cleansed, and the government has to do something about it since they're in control!!! Just think about how great this world will be without the waste!!!
